Who are the Trainers
The Team comprises of veterans with rich experience in Counter Terrorists operations, tenure is National Security Guard, qualified in the Personal Security Officer course conducted by National Security Guard, Personal Security Officer to Army VIPs.
We are the First Security Agency in India to conceive and design a customized training program for converting your existing Driver/ Bodyguard into your Personal Security Officer. We transform your person into your trusted asset.
We are the First to offer a comprehensive training package which includes a Psychometric Test, Unarmed Combat, Mentorship and Capability Audit & Periodic Training which are the integral elements of a top-notch Personal Security Officer.
The program focuses on teaching the basic skills of a Personal Security Officer which is a combination of theoretical as well as practical aspects taught in vernacular language and pitched at the level of the trainees. We cover a lot of practical aspects, real life situations and role playing to teach security skills.
The program is a 5-day capsule covering unarmed combat, theory and practical aspects with some mandatory tests to assess the trainee on his physical & psychological abilities. Our trainers are commandoes of the Special Forces and National Security Guard.
Your Driver / Bodyguard gets orientation training in the 5 days on varied topics and then is guided under the mentorship of our Finest Trainers to in-grain in their habits. Remember even the Soldiers don’t become the Fighting Machines overnight; it takes lot of practice.
We assign a dedicated Mentor to your Driver / Bodyguard who communicates one to one with the Mentee and gives him daily assignments and targets to achieve. The entire process is tailor made based on performance of the Mentee in the capsule. We try to systematically transfer the security skill set to him.

After mentorship period expires, we can again train the Mentee in our Refresher Training to further hone up their skills. The duration of the Refresher Training is based on the capability achieved by the Mentee in the mentorship period.

We recommend First Refresher Training immediately after the mentorship period expires. Thereafter, subsequent Refresher Training can be done every quarter.
Soldiers train till the security skills become their second nature. Choice is yours.
